An employee council is a dynamic, living system which is convened for a limited time in order to produce results in particular areas.

They have a constitution and a working standard.

They produce results which cannot be accomplished by individuals.

They are comprised of selected employees from different levels and they have clear roles and common responsibility towards results.

Employee Council Meetings

Starting one month after training / workshop, the employee council convenes to assess progress in the specified areas and planned actions, and provide support when necessary.
