Prior to running her own business ERA Training and Consultancy founded in 1995, Sogut worked in different multinational organizations like World Bank and NCR, being in project teams and leading sales teams. Under her leadership as the regional manager, the team exceeded their performance expectations and achieved sales results of $20m budgets.
During her professional career holding numerous special chairman’s awards, she acted as a strategist for planning through company vision, creating potentials, developing the team through their strengths and realizing profit targets.
Sogut transferred these skills into the area of consultancy and training by designing and delivering tailor made projects on effective leadership, sales management, best customer service and negotiation until 2000, during which she developed her skills through some extensive certification programs from all over the world including USA, UK, Switzerland- Laughter Yoga- South Africa.
From 2000 on, she is committed to supporting corporate and individual clients exploring their own potentials in order them to fulfil and achieve their professional goals. She is focused on growth and behavioral change in effective relationships through leadership by awareness and joy. She works locally and internationally and is coaching executives , leaders, professionals, teams and organizations.
Since 2012 she builted extensive knowledge and experience in designing and implementing “change management” project for organizations whom were qualified for international awards.
Since 2000, she has been moderating and facilitating various international and domestic corporates from different sectors, at different levels , to create new approaches with a view to support development of the teams. Some clients of her include; Novo Nordisk, KPMG, Abbvie, The Walt Disney Company, Fox, Danone Waters, Danone Nutricia, BNP Paribas, Unilever, Honda, Aviva Sa, Garanti BBVA, PFW, Dogus Technology, American Insurance Group, Yapı ve Kredi Bank, Akbank, Denizbank, Arkas Holding, Atos Origin, Sushi-co, VDF, Doğuş Automotive (VW Audi Porsche..) and others…
