Gulruh Turhan, CPCC one of the first Professional Certified Coaches (PCC) in Turkey, entitled through the International Coach Federation ICF. Upon getting her professional coach training and accreditation from CTI (www.thecoaches.com) , she graduated from their acclaimed International Co-Active Leadership Program. She is also trained in Organisation Relationship Systems Coaching ( www.crrglobal.com ). She has a background in banking and sales. She has worked for big financial institutions such as Garanti Bank and Merrill Lynch.
Gulruh works locally and internationally and is coaching executives , leaders, professionals, groups and organizations. She also has extensive experience in designing and implementing tailor made experiential trainings and workshops for organizations around leadership and communication skills.
She coaches people toward: agile leadership, achieving personal and professional goals, making important transitions, growth and satisfaction at work and enhanced efficacy toward relationships.
She is Faculty for Coaches Training Institute, co-leading coach training workshops internationally and supervising and examining coaches in certification.
Gulruh is a certified Team Diagnostics assessor by TCI, and has been working intensively with teams of multinational companies, coaching them to increase positive communication and achieve productive targets.
Gulruh is one of the three certified leadership coaches by Marshall Goldsmith (worldwide known leadership authority) in Turkey.
In 2015, she has attended Harvard University Kennedy School where she completed ‘Art of Leadership Development’ executive course. She works with leaders on building an impactful leadership presence.
Since 2019, she has become an executive coach for INSEAD Business School in France, where she coaches leaders of big global organizations in effective leadership.
Being an active member of ICF ( International Coach Federation) and EMCC ( European Mentoring and Coaching Council) in Turkey, Gulruh is very passionate about her work and is willing to work with larger groups and organizations in service of increasing co-active relationships.
Gulruh coaches in Turkish and English. She is married and has two children of ages 21 and 18, and resides in istanbul.
She is a keen traveler, yoga practitioner and art admirer.
She can be frequently found taking long walks by the banks of beautiful Bosphorus while listening to her eclectic music.
