Sales Toward Summit Program, which starts with basic sales skills and adapting the global sales processes to the field sales team of one of the world’s leading company in the pharmaceutical industry, has progressed successfully with channel sales workshops involving the field sales team and sales managers of key distributors.

Both field sales team and managers were supported by seminars and workshops by identifying development areas with inventory in line with the new Channel Management structure. With case analysis, skill sets through real-life scenarios were experienced in practice. (2016)

The criteria and methods for attitudes and behaviors towards the 2020 targets were determined by joint workshops. These actions conducted regionally based micro-workshops.(2017)
