“Hello to New Culture” transformation program has been created for the management and employees of one of the leading institutions in the tourism sector to create high performance with collaborative leadership in line with the new culture.
After one-to-one interviews and focus group work to understand the current situation and perception, trainings were held to support development in areas of development designated for management and the team.
Actions were created in the workshops where managers and employees manifests were revealed by themselves.
With development chats, both development supported and actions implementations were followed.
