In order to support the development of the manager and leader talent pool members in the institution, an Individual Development Consultancy program was established and individual development plans were developed in line with the talent management and performance evaluation system of the institution, in line with the U theory transformation model.

Under the program;

When developing an Individual Development Plan, process, targets and areas to be studied were determined and studied how to overcome obstacles by thinking about how one can prevent himself / herself.

With the Development Consultancy, the position of the leading candidates in the process objectives was reviewed, the development process and actions were monitored together, the candidates were supported and their successes were celebrated,

The opporrtunity were given to candidates to learn from each other through equal level analysis where they shared their experiences on development issues and coached each other with their cases,

A presentation on outcome and development was made.

All processes and developments, actions and points of success were shared with individual presentations.
