Meetings with potentials including managers were carried out in three different categories at an institution in the automotive sector. The program, which was started in 2014 and completed in 2015 with the participation of 950 people for all levels, continues to be implemented as a compulsory program in career development.

before; reading, video monitoring, pre-test,
after that; the final test is carried out and the topics are supported with action plans and assignments for implementation.
