A Culture Transformation program was designed for a multinational company in the food sector, due to a need arising out of organizational changes and a new way of working and communicating. The program aimed to establish a common culture and perspective, and internalize the new working style.

The program started with senior management in order to understand their perspective, approach, and what they see as valuable for cultural change. These workshops achieved alignment across top management.

Culture coaches and culture ambassadors were identified and trained in order to support the adoption and dissemination of the new culture within the institution. Projects were created to ensure that the new culture, the way of doing business and the way of communication work across the organization.

Continuity was supported by the sharing of stories and videos about the new culture.
