We have been conducting coaching activities, activities and trainings with all management levels and designated headquarters and field employees within the scope of the cultural transformation program of the institution, which has been the sector leader in fund size since 2015.
Considering that the cultural transformation started with the personal transformation of the leaders, the program started with senior management and leaders. Sponsorship and support was provided by the top management, which is very important. The CEO of the institution describes the cultural program in the following words;
