Due to the pandemic, the sales training planned for the sales representatives of the institution, which is one of the world’s leading companies in the pharmaceutical industry, has been transformed and the program has been redesigned. Modules have been adapted and added to respond to pandemic conditions.
The online program started with the provision of alignment between the participants and mentors regarding the fear and distress in this period. In the first module, “Creating Optimism and Positivity in the Corona Days” training, participants were supported to internalize dynamic empathy and bring it into behavioral awareness by sharing situations and emotions.
The program continued with an excellent sales program of managers, central team and field teams towards the top. Between the online sessions, video watching, reading and group work were carried out. Following the completion of the trainings, the program was completed with the internalization activities that included their own case studies. Implementation is continued by their own teams.
