The need for a program on change management before the merge of institution has been shared.

Need;

“To raise the awareness of the employees about this process in the process of growth, development and change that the company is going through. To be able to show and experience how to benefit from this process and turn it into an opportunity. At the same time, to make them aware of their own benefits and values.”

During this period, when the institution underwent a major change, different programs were created for senior management, middle management and employees in the talent group.

Process Stages:

In line with the shared need, the “How to Be Active while Growing” program has been created.

In this program; it was aimed to express, share and embrace the vision and to support the existence of agile corporate employees who are open to innovations and who can manage their relationship and communication correctly and deal with uncertainty.

This program included “Transformation Workshop with Christopher Nevill”, which was supported by one-to-one coaching for senior management.

According to the specified competencies, group coaching and development programs were designed and presented for middle managers and talent group in accordance with the working order.

While the program was taking place, with changes in the global structure, the program was re-evaluated and was applied with updates.

The Impact of the Program

Comment from HR Assistant Manager

”The most important impact of the program was to create “Trust” within the team. I don’t want to express it as a positive or negative effect, but every member of the team asked themselves what I trust, who do I trust. ‘Do I trust myself? ‘Do I have enough courage? ‘ questions were raised as well. There were those who bravely answered these questions and decided to leave the team. Looking at all the results, I believe the company has the courage to ‘make what is to happen’. Keeping the duration of the project shorter could have turned the result even more positive.”
