Turkey’s best-equipped, the best understood of internal / external customers and offers effective solutions and services of Operation Academy was established to improve the operation teams. The program started on November 2016 with a visionary meeting in which the importance and contribution of the subject was shared and operation senior management and executives were participated the program.
As ERA, our institution conducted trainings on issues related to behavior development of the competencies identified in this academy. The trainings and in-house trainings that we applied many educational methods including fun theory were completed and the academy gave its first graduates in November 2017.
The second academy trainings started in 2018 will give its graduates in 2019.
