Parallel to the competency matrix in the organization, a development program was developed for 24 competencies according to the titles of competencies
In the Training Matrix, where pre-study, pre-measurement and final measurements were included for each training, the program was also supported by post-training follow-up studies.
In 2017 and 2018, programs were developed for each level in line with development needs.
